Public beta and scope
This website is a public beta for discovery, product exploration and access-interest registration. Features may change, contain errors or be unavailable. Beta status does not limit rights or protections that apply under law, or reduce our commitments in the Privacy Notice.
These Terms describe your use of Humankind’s public website, directory search, product demonstrations and interest forms. The website is operated by Humankind Healthcare, Co., a Delaware corporation ("Humankind," "we," "us"). Please read these Terms and our Privacy Notice before using the website.
What the website provides
You can explore healthcare and wellness categories, search public provider listings, view selected product experiences, express interest in future access and request a provider pricing conversation. These website features do not provide clinical care, an operating medical-record service, insurance determinations, pharmacy fulfillment or financing.
Medical information and emergencies
Website content is for general informational purposes, not diagnosis, treatment or individualized medical advice. Browsing, searching or submitting a form does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Seek advice from a qualified professional about your care. For an emergency in the United States, call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency service. Do not use this website to request urgent assistance.
Provider directory
Directory information comes from public CMS NPPES records and may be incomplete or outdated. An NPI or directory listing does not establish current licensure, credential verification, Humankind participation, clinical suitability, insurance acceptance, pricing or appointment availability. Confirm those details directly with the professional or organization. Directory browsing is not a referral or endorsement of a particular provider.
Interest lists and pricing inquiries
Joining an interest list does not create a platform account, book care, reserve an appointment, complete provider verification or guarantee access or a launch date. Provider pricing inquiries request a conversation and are not binding quotations or purchases. These forms do not charge a fee. Optional product-news preferences are separate from requesting access or a pricing response.
Organization partnership inquiries
The partnership inquiry is for organizations proposing a business collaboration, not provider onboarding. Submitting it permits us to review and respond to the proposal; it does not establish a partnership, grant access, authorize sharing patient information, accept a business associate agreement or commit either party to commercial terms. Do not include confidential material or credentials in an initial proposal. Any collaboration, data access and required agreements would be handled separately.
Product experiences and affordability examples
Interactive phone and tablet experiences demonstrate selected product ideas. Profiles, results, appointments, cost comparisons and practice revenues shown in these experiences are fictional examples, not actual patient information, available services or promised outcomes. They cannot prescribe, sign a clinical note, transfer money, approve credit or connect a live medical system.
Care-cost and financing examples are not credit offers, eligibility decisions, financial advice or guarantees of assistance. Any future financing or payment service would be subject to separate provider or partner terms, eligibility and required disclosures. Assistance and lower-cost care are distinct from borrowing.
Using the website responsibly
Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not submit medical records, prescriptions, payment-card information, government identifiers, passwords or another person’s private information through these forms. Do not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information unlawfully, or present fictional demonstrations as real providers or outcomes.
Our content and third-party services
Humankind’s content, design and branding, and third-party materials, remain the property of their respective owners. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant access to private software or systems. You may use public content for personal, lawful exploration; other use requires the relevant rights or permission. Links and public data supplied by third parties are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
Features and content may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee that directory information is complete or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Future clinical, provider, payment or platform services will require their own applicable terms; these website forms do not accept those agreements on your behalf.
Privacy and questions
Our Privacy Notice explains website data handling. Use Contact Humankind about your privacy for privacy requests, or the provider pricing form for a business pricing inquiry. Do not include sensitive medical information. We will post changes to these Terms here with an updated date.
