Privacy Notice
This Notice applies to the public discovery and interest-registration website. The Humankind application is not yet live. Future platform services will have notices appropriate to their actual data practices.
Humankind Healthcare, Co., a Delaware corporation ("Humankind," "we," "us"), operates this healthcare-and-wellness discovery website. This Notice explains information handling for directory search, access-interest and provider pricing forms, and privacy requests. It does not describe an operating clinical-record system or services offered independently by healthcare providers.
Organization partnership inquiries
If you contact us about an organization partnership, we collect your name, work email, organization, optional website, partnership area and short proposal. We use this business information to evaluate fit and respond. Inquiries are stored in our private website database and a notification containing the inquiry is sent through Brevo to our internal inbox. This is separate from provider onboarding and does not enroll you in Flodesk or other marketing campaigns. Do not include patient information, credentials or confidential documents. Submitting an inquiry does not grant platform access or establish a partnership or business associate agreement. You may use the privacy form below for requests about your inquiry.
Information we collect
- Search information: the service, specialty or provider terms and city, state or ZIP you enter to find public listings. Searches may reveal sensitive interests. Do not enter medical records, prescriptions or other private medical details.
- Optional device location: selecting “Use current location” asks your browser for permission. If allowed, coordinates are matched to a nearby U.S. ZIP within your browser. The website does not transmit or store those coordinates; the resulting ZIP is submitted only when you search. You can decline permission, type a location instead, and revoke permission in your browser settings.
- Access interest: email address, consumer or provider audience, optional name, contact-purpose preference, optional product-news choice and policy acknowledgement.
- Provider pricing inquiries: name, email, practice or organization and a selected business area of interest.
- Privacy requests: email, relationship to Humankind and the type of request. Do not submit identification documents or medical information through the form.
- Operational information: receipt identifiers, timestamps, policy version, notification status and preference records used to manage submissions, prevent duplicates and respect contact restrictions.
- Technical information: network and browser information needed to serve website requests. The application does not intentionally log search terms or form bodies. Third-party font requests can disclose network metadata.
How we use information
We use information to retrieve public directory listings, record access interest, respond to business inquiries, process privacy requests and administer contact preferences. Selected search terms and locations are not copied into marketing or contact records. Joining an interest list does not create a platform account or enroll you automatically in campaigns.
Service providers and disclosures
- Directory lookup: selected provider/category terms and location are sent server-side to the CMS NPPES NPI Registry. Recognized symptom or condition wording first produces local category choices; only the selected category is submitted for lookup. This recognition is limited and is not medical assessment.
- Team notifications: Brevo sends access-interest and pricing notifications containing submitted contact/business fields, audience, receipt reference and timestamp to Humankind’s private Google Workspace inbox. Searches and clinical records are not included.
- Waitlist and optional product news: your waitlist request is saved on this website without another form or an email-confirmation requirement. We send your email address and consumer or provider audience preference to Flodesk to deliver a welcome and manage communications about platform access. If you separately choose product news, we record that preference and add you to the appropriate follow-up sequence. Optional product news is not required to join the waitlist. Flodesk handles its unsubscribe links; see Flodesk's Privacy Policy. Search terms, clinical information, pricing inquiries and privacy requests are not sent to Flodesk. New website product-news preferences are not sent to Kit, Sender or Mailchimp. Joining the waitlist does not create a platform account or grant access.
- Hosting and storage: Vercel serves the hosted website and its server-side functions. Supabase stores encrypted hosted form records and operational receipt, suppression and request-limit records. These services process technical information needed to operate and secure the website. Development copies may run on Humankind-controlled computers.
- Website fonts: Google Fonts may receive your IP address and related request information when fonts are loaded.
Privacy requests are recorded for private team review. Brevo sends only the requester’s email address, request type and reference to Humankind’s private Google Workspace inbox; the notification does not include medical details. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process. We do not sell website contact or search data or share it for targeted advertising. No advertising pixel or analytics integration is configured in this version of the website.
Storage, security and retention
Contact payloads are encrypted before storage. Hosted records are stored in a separate U.S.-region database with server-only access; development records are kept separately on a restricted Humankind-controlled computer. Server credentials and encryption keys are not included in public website code. Notification emails are also processed by Brevo and the destination email provider. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain contact and request records to manage follow-up, preferences and privacy requests. The current service does not automatically delete contact records after a fixed period. You can request deletion below, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. A keyed email fingerprint may be retained to prevent accidental re-enrollment after suppression or deletion. Short-lived request-limit counters use keyed network identifiers rather than raw IP addresses. Hosting providers may separately retain operational logs under their policies. Deleting a website record does not itself remove a previously delivered notification from an email provider.
Cookies and browser storage
The website application does not intentionally set tracking cookies or save contact details in browser storage. Server-side form storage and third-party font processing are separate. Third-party websites you visit through links have their own policies.
Your choices and rights
Product-news consent is optional and separate from access or pricing requests. Use the unsubscribe link in Flodesk emails to stop new product updates. A local website preference change does not automatically update Flodesk; you may also submit a withdrawal request below for team review. If you joined through Kit before this change, use the unsubscribe link in those earlier emails as well; prior Kit subscriptions are not automatically transferred or canceled. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision. Use the form below without agreeing to marketing. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request before disclosing or changing information. Submitting a request does not itself delete records, withdraw every provider-held copy or create a platform account. Do not send sensitive documents unless we explain a suitable verification process.
Contact Humankind about your privacy
Use your own email. No marketing consent is required.
Children and sensitive information
These contact features are intended for adults, not for collecting information about children. Do not submit another person’s private information. The website does not accept actual medical-result uploads or provide patient messaging. Health values in product demonstrations are fictional interface examples.
Changes to this Notice
We will post updates here with a revised date. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a new use, the updated Notice alone does not replace that requirement.
