Consumer Health Data Privacy

Humankind Healthcare, Co. · Last updated October 18, 2026

This policy covers the public beta discovery website. The beta designation does not waive consumer health-data rights or authorize additional collection, sharing or sale.

This policy describes health-related information handled by Humankind’s discovery website. It supplements our Privacy Notice and does not describe healthcare providers’ independent records or future clinical services.

Categories and sources

Information you enter while searching for healthcare or wellness services—including service terms, provider categories and location—may reveal health-related interests or attempts to obtain care. Contact information submitted in connection with healthcare access interest may also be sensitive. We receive these inputs directly from you. Public professional listing information comes from CMS NPPES. Health values and profiles displayed in product demonstrations are fictional, not collected patient records.

Purposes

We process selected search terms and location to find public directory listings and contact information to record access interest or respond to provider business inquiries. Searches are not used to diagnose a condition, assess credit or insurance eligibility, or build health-related advertising audiences. Recognized symptom or condition phrases first show local category choices; this is not a symptom checker or clinical assessment.

Nearby-location matching uses a locally stored adaptation of GeoNames U.S. postal geography, downloaded October 18, 2026, under CC BY 4.0. Area distances are approximate, not driving distances. Searches are not sent to GeoNames.

Categories of information shared and recipients

Selected provider/category terms and location are transmitted server-side to CMS NPPES for directory lookup. Contact/business fields and receipt metadata in access-interest or pricing submissions are processed by Brevo and Humankind’s Google Workspace inbox for private team notifications. Search histories, clinical records and inferred conditions are not included in those emails. Google Fonts requests may disclose technical network information to Google. Sender and Mailchimp are not receiving automatic subscriber enrollment.

Humankind does not sell consumer health data or share it for targeted advertising in this website service. We do not provide collected health-search data to providers through the interest forms. General form submissions or policy acknowledgement are not authorization to sell health data or blanket consent to other uses.

Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of collection, access, deletion, withdrawal of consent or an appeal of a privacy decision. Submit your request through Contact Humankind about your privacy. Marketing consent is not required. We may verify identity and scope before taking action. Please do not include clinical records or identification documents in the request form. Where a denial is appealable, select “Appeal a privacy decision” in that same form.

Withdrawing consent does not reverse prior lawful processing, and deletion requests may be subject to applicable exceptions. A request concerning Humankind does not automatically change records held independently by a healthcare provider.
